I graduated with a PhD in Economics from George Mason University in the Spring of 2025. I also attended George Mason University for my undergraduate education, where I majored in Economics and minored in Data Analysis.
My research focuses on the historical political economy of the Atlantic economies in the Early Modern Period. My dissertation covered Adam Smith's thought on the Navigation Acts, interjurisdiction competition and taxation in British North America, and the incidence of the Molasses Act bribe. I am also interested in the economics of international trade and Smithian Political Economy.
